Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our apparel is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or style preferences. Please consult the size charts on product detail pages before ordering.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Production: 2–5 business days
Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S. orders)
Times may vary during holidays.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, but only if production hasn’t started. Contact us as soon as possible.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 14 days with photos. We’ll replace it free of charge.
What if my package says “delivered” but I can’t find it?
Check with neighbors, your mailbox area, and your local post office.
If it’s still not found, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to US.
Why don’t you accept size exchanges?
All apparel is made to order. Printful does not restock returned items, so exchanges for sizing aren’t possible.
